if you'd like to contribute some translation to the pgAdmin3 project,
you're welcome. French is already covered by Jean-Michel Poure, but we'd
appreciate slovak and spanish translation.
Current tarballs are at snake.pgadmin.org, with cvs cvs.pgadmin.org
where you can find the gettext template pgadmin3.pot.

Bingo, count yourself in. :)

Is your preference for translation of website related stuff (i.e.
http://advocacy.postgresql.org), or existing manuals and documentation,
or error messages in the code itself, or ...? (up to you)

Translating some of the web materials into Slovak would open up a
completely new community to PostgreSQL, if you wouldn't mind doing that.
