How to get oprname ??

Hello ,
I was trying to write a patch code in converting the querytree being
generated after the pg_analyze_and_rewrite().
For that I want to know the operator name ( like =, < , <> etc ) .. but the
Oper node stores the "opno "
How to get the operator from the opno ???
