Stop rescan of inner relation in NestLoop ?

Can some one tell me what are the changes that i have to do , if i want the
inner scan node of a nested loop join to start the scaning from thepoint
where it had left previously .
As of now the scan for the inner relation re-starts for a change in the
correlation value from the outer relation.
