rc1 fedora core rpms

As promised, I've posted 8.0.0rc1 rpms here:

Again note that these are not "official" PGDG rpms, just my own home brew.
In addition to the change of Postgres itself from beta5 to rc1, I
updated jdbc to latest beta (pg80b1.308*).
