using eclipse to compiler and debug the source code

Hi , I want to use eclipse to compiler the postgresql source code and debug them on winxp . I have tried some times with fails . Is there anyone to tell me how to do ?

Hi,
You have to start a background process, then attach to it. If this is
possible in eclipse then it should work.
Typically everyone uses gdb.
