Classic putting-non-PIC-code-in-a-shared-library error. You can't do
that; for some reason it's picked up the static version of termcap.

In any case, it shouldn't be using termcap at all. Something in the
makefile is including it obviously...

Removing
#include $(top_srcdir)/contrib/contrib-global.mk
in sslinfo Makefile makes the problem go away...
