Re: postgresql-v6.4 - m88k svr4

Attempted a build of v6.4 on the Motorola 88k SVR4---
used "./configure --with-template=svr4".
config.guess returns "m88k-motorola-sysv4".
s_lock.c compile fails because of no slock_t and TAS definition.
I believe the 88k has a tas instruction, but I don't have a 88k user's
manual :-(
I'm stuck at this point unless I can find someone to get me thru this
one.

I think that there are some folks on the list running 88k machines, or
who have had them in the past. Anyone have some suggestions to help
