Compile error ... in Digital Alpha 1000 machine!!

Hi...
PostgreSQL v6.4 have fatal error!

My machine is Digital Alpha 1000.
i attempt to install PostgreSQL version 6.4..
But i face in of compile error!!

hu.....

Some body know..why..??
