Move PostgreSQL 6.4.2 RedHat RPM packages to proper locations

I just uploaded the RPMs of PostgreSQL 6.4.2 to
ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/.incoming directory.
Can someone please move it up to pub directory??
