Status of patches

Hi all

Given the size of the 2013-01 CF and the fact that quite a bit of work
dragged over from the 2012-11 CF, it'd be a huge help if anyone with
stalled or abandoned work could update the CF (or let me know so I can
update it) and flag the post returned with comment or rejected, as
appropriate.

I'm in the process of going through the backlog, but there's a lot of
it, and anyone who can update their own work directly would be making a
significant contribution by making it much easier to chase up live,
in-progress work.
