implements jdbc2's getArray(int)

I'm wondering if anyone is working on getArray(int) for jdbc2. If so, can
I help get it finished? If not, I'd like to implement it. It doesn't
look too hard, but will require custom classes that implement
the ResultSet, ResultSetMetaData, and Array interfaces. Is anyone else
interested?
