Jordan,
Would it be possible to get a copy of whatever files are necessary
to have a CVS server generate the commit messages like the FreeBSD
project commits generate?

I'm involved with the PostgreSQL project and our commits generate
one message per directory, and would much prefer to see them move
towards the FreeBSD style.
