FATAL 1: btree: BTP_CHAIN flag was expected

I'm getting the above "error" *alot* in v6.3.x ... I've dropped and
rebuilt indices, which appears to fix it for a bit, and then it happens
again...

Ideas? Can we at least add which index is corrupted to the error message?
