ASSERTIONS

Whilst on the topic of new features...

(You guys might be getting the impression that I'm hunting around for
something to work on!)

Has anyone any ideas on how to add CREATE ASSERTION (ie. global CHECKs)
without adversely affecting performance?

Is this feature just way too hard?
