Is the FTP server down?

I get time out errors from all mirrors when trying to download 8.0 win
binaries.

Apologies if this is the wrong forum for this.

I just tried a couple, and they all seem to be working. Perhaps you have
a firewall that's blocking you out of ftp connections?
