Total memory used by postgresql

Hi,

I would like to know how much memory postgresql is using in my machine.

I�m thinking to use the following formula to make this calculation:

For each process related to postgresql: SIZE column - SHARE column of TOP command. After summing all this values, the SHARED BUFFERS should be added.

Am I right?
