Cpanel and PostgreSQL 8.1rc

Hi,
Has anyone installed PostgreSQL 8.1RC on a Cpanel server? I have
root access to my dedicated server and would like to install it,
and then have it available in Cpanel interface to my domains.
Thanks for any tips or pointers.
