Unable to start pg service

Hello,

I'm curently in version 7.3

I know, this is an old version and It would be a good idea to migrate.
Before doing that, I would like to make a dump of my base. That's why I
must running this service at any coast.

Update to 7.3.latest --- IIRC we fixed that in 7.3.4. You should be able
to update in-place to a newer 7.3.* postmaster without losing any data.
