8.2.0 Installation Problem

Hello All,
I am getting following error when tried to install PG
8.2 on Windows -XP from PG binary installation pack
"Internal account lookup failure: No mapping between
account names and security ID was done"
The account is created by installer itself.
can anyone explain where iam going wrong
