Neat tool? (Datasplash)

I was just browsing the PostgreSQL site and stumbled on a link to

http://datasplash.CS.Berkeley.EDU:8000/tioga/

Which appears to be a really nifty data visualization tool for databases.
It also appears to use/support Postgres95 though there seems to be some
question of it working or not.

Anyone looked at this?

I'm downloading now.
