PLpgSQL debugger

Hello All,
I have downloaded the PLpgSQl Debugger tarball edb-debugger-20061107-src.tar.gz

after issuing gmake
it gives me list of errors.

But not getting how to install it.

Can anybody tell me what are the steps to install it.
