new version of tsearch V2

Hi there,

we're about to finish development of our contrib/tsearch V2 module.
New version os available from
http://www.sai.msu.su/~megera/postgres/gist/

Changes:

* Due to optimization of index creation new size is about two times less.
* Added new ranking function (rank_cd), which should be faster and better.
It doesn't works with weights coefficients yet.
* Added generation of text fragments with hilighted query terms.

We recommend to test new version, especcially new ranking function.
