Operator whit word

The manual say:
The operator name is a sequence of up to NAMEDATALEN-1 (63 by default)
characters from the following list:
+ - * / < > = ~ ! @ # % ^ & | ` ?

So, how I could create a operator with word ( i.e. LIKE ) ?

You can't. (Unless you hack Postgres' source code).
