Win32 status

I have stopped working on Win32 for a week while I catch up on email and
patches.

Current status is that the backend compiles, but doesn't link. We need
exec() and signals, and Jan is working on the first, and hopefully the
second.

Interfaces compiles, and I will get to compile soon.
