Could someone please point me towards the changes for 8.3.10 that was
mentioned on -announce this morning?
Also, any idea when this is going to be released?

The release notes haven't been prepared yet. You can browse the CVS
commit logs if you want the raw data.
Also, any idea when this is going to be released?
