There's not a PostgreSQL user group in the area, but the Madison PC
Users' Group meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

Contacts page identifies who sets that up.) I have to admit to not
being a member or being otherwise involved....

mention that Josh is going to the one in Wisconsin.
