Query
Hi,
I have recently changed from HEM2 to PT4, during the changeover i
uninstalled Postgres and HM2, i then went on to install PT4 and postgres
8.4.
When i know run PT4 and try and install Postgres from there it shows me the
top two below images.
When i try and connect to postgress from PT4 it shows me the middle below
image.
I also tried looking on forums to solve this, but with no luck - Can the
bottom photo show you anything you need to know?
Please advise and help.
Many thanks

It looks to me like the installer is not handling the existence of the
postgres system user very well. Try deleting that user and trying the
install again.

Please do not top-post.
This is a mailing list for help with PostgreSQL. It is not a helpline
for Windows or PokerTracker.
I found this link with a two-second search, I hope it can help you:
