postgresql-10-pldebugger in alpine linux distribution

Hi,
I'm looking for the package of postgresql-x-pldebugger for alpine Linux
distribution.
I found the package for Ubtuntu 18.04LTS on this link
https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/postgresql-10-pldebugger but it does not
exist in Alpine Linux
https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/packages?name=postgresql-pldebugger&branch=edge&repo=testing.
Any one has an idea how to add this package in alpine Linux?
