parser cleanup

I have cleaned up the parser code as best I could. I still am very
confused by much of the code in parser_func, parser_oper, and
parser_type, and others. If someone wants to study this stuff and get a
clearer layout, that would be great.

I have added 'lock;' to the i386 asm.

I have change SubLink to send Oper* for Vadim.

I have not added Var->sublevels_up yet.
