That is still unclear. If you mean unsubscribing from list then you need
to follow the instructions here:

https://lists.postgresql.org/unsubscribe/

If by removing data you mean your emails then read:

https://www.postgresql.org/about/policies/archives/

The short version is the emails will not be removed.
