Windows 2025 is supported. That means that if you encounter a problem running PostgreSQL
on Windows, we'll do our best to help you, and we will try to fix any bugs you encounter.

However, the Windows Installer is not maintained by the PostgreSQL Global Development Group,
but by EDB. So if you encounter problems during the installation process, they are the
ones who can help you. Lately, EDB has been reacting to complaints about problems with
the installer posted on the pgsql-bugs mailing list.

If, in spite of my encouragements above, PostgreSQL fails to work for you, you will get
your money back.

Yours,
