Table and publisher/subscriber ownership

Hello Experts!

Question is on the pglogical replication.
Do I have to have the tables and publisher/subscriber to be owned by a
single user, on both the source and/or target sides?

The version of postgresql is 16.8 and it is a managed SQL in GCP.
