Yes, looks like the old URL wasn't active anymore so I pointed it at a
google hit. CPAN is better. With FreeBSD URL, I just pointed it at the
main SGML page. I could not identify the actual page of the original
URL. Seems you found it.

Your change was OK, but you ended up pointing to CPAN sites twice, which
sounded a little weird in the context, hence I added the "also on
mirrors".
