This is hardly "done". dblink is a stopgap solution, not the ultimate
answer. See past discussions about implementing the SQL-MED standard.

The problem is that none of the emails discussed this, that I could see.
I replaced the above entry with:

* Allow cross-db queries with transaction sematics
