Move/Rename files.
Use new APIs.
Prepare for using maiden exceptions(globals.c, error.c).
Clean up Postgres.Object code that still referred to composites as HeapTuple's
rather than HeapTupleHeaders.(8 or greater, now)
Other minor cleanup and bug fixes.
