Rework inet_aton() and inet_ntoa().
1. inet_aton() now accepts '127.1' as '127.0.0.1', like MySQL does. This
means we need to change out input data type to text, as inet rejects
it.
2. inet_ntoa() has been rewritten in SQL so that it can be inlined. This
should have a significant impact on performance.
