Please build --with-ldap for Win32 beta1 binaries

Can we have the beta1 binaries for Win32 with --with-ldap?
On Windows, the LDAP library is part of the OS, so we won't
incur any undesirable dependencies.

Oops, that's an oversight, it's supposed to be there. --with-ldap will
be enabled in beta2. Sorry 'bout that.
