Reminder. Making changes to postgresql.conf.sample after beta1 will
show as a diff for people comparing their current postgresql.conf to
postgresql.conf.sample. We should probabably delay such changes until
9.3.

Actually, do we care about that happening for beta users (it will still
show up when they upgrade to final)? I know we avoid it for minor
releases.
