v6.4 - duplicate entries in announce

Hello!

I found duplicate entries on http://news.freshmeat.net/readmore?f=postgresql-6.4,
haven't checked other sources...

In section Enhancements:

New backend programming language PL/pgSQL in backend/pl(Jan)
and
PL/pgSQL backend programming language(Jan)

New 8-byte integer type, checked by configure for OS support(Thomas)
and
Code for 64-bit integer supported added, configure tested, int8 type(Thomas)

Libpq can now be compiled on win32(Magnus)
and
Psql and libpq now compile under win32 using win32.mak(Magnus)
