That's normal. The tag is normally only pushed around the release date.

Actually I have a reminder set to do it Wednesday ;-). The reason
for delaying is that if any of the packagers find an early problem,
we could fix it, re-wrap and still place the tag correctly.
Once the tag's pushed, though, it's basically immovable.
