Old parser feature

Hey, check it out:

postgres=> select case_tbl.*;
i| f
---+-----
-3| 10.1
-6| 20.2
-9|-30.3
-12|
(4 rows)

Notes in the parser say this was allowed with POSTQUEL, so was retained
when implementing SQL...

Yes, nice feature. QUEL allowed:

retrieve (case_tbl.all)

In fact, QUEL never had a FROM clause in the SQL sense.
