pgsql: Doc: Fix event trigger firing table

Doc: Fix event trigger firing table

The table has not been updated for some commands introduced in recent
releases, so refresh it. While on it, reorder entries alphabetically.

Backpatch all the way down for all the commands which have gone
missing.
