wish path in pgaccess

Many 'wish' scripts use this trick so it does not have to hard-code the
path into the first line:

#!/bin/sh
# the next line restarts using wish \
exec wish "$0" "$@"

Can you add this to your script, or should I change configure so it
looks in tkConfig.sh for TK_PREFIX?
