Ask help for putting SP-Gist into postgresql

Present your idea in detail on this mailing list as a first step,
and ask for help as you need.

Currently PostgreSQL is in feature freeze for the upcoming 9.0
release, so you should target the first commitfest for 9.1.

Your patches should apply to cvs HEAD.
