[PATCH v1] Fix typo in InitWalRecovery() comment

While reading through xlogrecovery.c I noticed a stray word in the
header comment of InitWalRecovery().

Comment-only change; no functional impact.

Hi -- this is my first patch to PostgreSQL. I spotted this while
reading xlogrecovery.c. Apologies in advance if I've gotten any of the
submission mechanics wrong; feedback welcome.
