PostgreSQL 19 Beta 2 release date

Hi,

The PostgreSQL 19 Beta 2 release date will be July 16, 2026. This means
any fixes targeted for this release should be committed no later than
July 11 @ 12:00 UTC to allow time for them to work through the buildfarm.

PostgreSQL 19 release ahead of GA!
