[PORTS] To the Beos folks

Someone has added LDFLAGS=-lbind to template/beos; that's the wrong way to
go about it. I'll fix it if someone can name me a function that is
required from this library. (I bet it's something like gethostbyname(),
but I thought I'd check.)
