ODBC warnings

I am seeing the following compile warnings in the ODBC code. This is
with the following in Makefile.custom:

CUSTOM_COPT=-g -O0 -Wall -Wmissing-prototypes -Wmissing-declarations -Wpointer-arith -Wcast-align

Can someone fix it?
