swedish translation
One new string was added and this brings us back to 100% translated which
would be nice for 7.3.
The main postgres file is just at 5% and there is no way that is going
to be translated for 7.3, but the rest of the utils are at 100%.

Sorry, I just messed all that up again. But most changes should be white
space changes.

Even white space changes are some work since it's not easy to know if
it is just a whitespace change or something else also. (but it should of
course not stop you from doing the changes).
All the attached files are once again up to 100% (except the big file
postgres.po that just a had few more strings translated then before).
