minor doc improvements

This patch improves the documentation for the shared_buffers GUC param.
The phrasing of the postgresql.conf inline comment is still a little bit
clumsy, but I'm not sure how to make it better given the small amount of
space (suggestions welcome).

at least a few thousand are recommended for production installations".
